Registry integrations

Calls to registries go through a shared queue: with the data subject’s consent, retries after a failure and a request log. The connection to a specific national database is set up for the insurer, because the account credentials belong to the insurer, not to the platform.

Frequently asked questions

Whose account credentials are used for registries?

The insurer’s. The platform never calls state databases in its own name: the address, keys and certificate are set in the organization settings.

What happens if a registry does not respond?

The request stays in the queue and is retried, and diagnostics show the cause of the failure.

How do we connect an accounting system?

1C is connected over HTTP or via file exchange. Events are passed with guaranteed delivery, so they are not lost after a failure.

Other features

Shall we show the system on your products?
