Claims settlement
A loss notification becomes a case with a document checklist, an assessment and a payout calculation under the policy terms. Settlement deadlines are calculated under the country’s law and the working-day calendar, and the payout goes through an approval route under the four-eyes principle.

Frequently asked questions
How does the system track settlement deadlines?
The deadline is calculated under the law of the contract’s country and the working-day calendar. Missed deadlines are visible in the control report and in metrics, and for Mongolia the inspection deadline is tracked separately.
Can one employee both approve and execute a payout?
No. The payout goes through an approval route under the four-eyes principle, and each approver has their own amount limit.
Does the client see case progress?
Yes. The client portal shows the case status, the requested documents and real-time correspondence with the claims handler.
