What do we do with duplicate clients?
Duplicates are merged into one record. The contracts and history of both records move to the resulting one.
Does the system search a name in different alphabets?
Yes. Uzbek Latin and Cyrillic and Kazakh Latin are reduced to a common search key.
Which credit bureaus are connected?
NBKI and OKB in Russia, the State Credit Bureau in Kazakhstan, Ishenim in Kyrgyzstan, KATM in Uzbekistan and the credit bureau of the Bank of Mongolia.
