Policy administration

A contract goes from quote to expiry in one system. Every change is saved as a separate version with an additional premium or a refund, and the policy number, dates and statuses are controlled by the system itself, not by an operator’s spreadsheet.

Frequently asked questions

What happens when a contract is changed?

The system saves a snapshot version of the contract, recalculates the premium and creates an additional premium or a refund. Earlier versions stay in the history, and for any date you can see which terms applied.

How is the refund calculated on cancellation?

By the product rule: no refund, a full refund, pro rata to the unexpired term or net of expenses. The country’s cooling-off period is taken into account, and the agent commission is reversed.

Are group contracts supported?

Yes. Insured persons are added to and removed from a group contract as a list, and the premium is recalculated automatically.
